Celebrating 10 Years
We’re celebrating a decade of impact in Baltimore City and want you to join us!
During 10 years of impact, Baltimore Corps has operated dozens of programs connecting talented leaders in the community to powerful service opportunities across the city, including the Baltimore Corps Fellowship, Civic Innovators, the Elevation Awards, and our newly launched Baltimore Community Health Corps program, to name a few.
The success of our work is dependent on strong partnerships.
Throughout the year we’ll highlight our valued partnerships, amplify stories of emerging leaders we have connected with, and gather for a series of events that bring our network closer together and strengthen our impact.
The celebrations will culminate with an exciting 10th Anniversary Gala on October 27, 2023.
Spark Stories
As part of our 10-year anniversary celebrations, we invited Baltimore Corps staff and network members to share the “spark” that led each of them to a career in service. We hope these stories will introduce you to some of the people that have been working behind the scenes at Baltimore Corps and City Corps, and that they might spark a love for service in others!
Will You Join Us?
The success of our work is dependent on strong partnerships. That’s why we’re working to build new and long-lasting relationships with corporations, institutions, and individuals who can help further our work. Together, we can ensure Baltimore is a city where organizations and individuals truly thrive.
OUR GREATEST CHALLENGES WERE CREATED BY PEOPLE
Baltimore Corps engages approximately 1,200 individuals and 200 employers annually. We predominantly serve Baltimore City and surrounding area residents, and our talent demographically reflects the communities we serve. Through our programs, we engage with an extremely diverse range of emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, private companies, nonprofit organizations, city government agencies, and donors. Together, we’re connecting talent to opportunities, accelerating social innovation, and advancing a city-wide agenda for equity and racial justice in Baltimore.
